Patient Support Volunteer Training
Help dying patients and their families cope with the struggles of a life-limiting illness by becoming a White Rose Hospice Patient Support Volunteer. Visit schedules are flexible and you have an opportunity to spend time helping others. Volunteers must have a reliable car and attend a six-week training program. Class prepares volunteers to provide companionship and support to patients and families facing terminal illness. Pre-registration is necessary and may be done by contacting Beth Markowitz at 849-5642.
