All services are strictly confidential and are provided on a non-discriminatory basis.
COST OF SERVICES
Memorial Behavioral Health accepts private insurances. Please contact your insurance provider for information about coverage, co-payments and pre-authorization for services.
Services may also be covered by an agreement between Memorial Behavioral Health and your place of employment. Call your human resources department for more information.
PARTNERSHIPS
Memorial Behavioral Health provides treatment in partnership with physician offices, community agencies, businesses, school districts and some governmental agencies.
LICENSURE
All therapists and counselors at Memorial Behavioral Health are licensed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
