Memorial Hospital’s Outpatient Endoscopy Center performs various endoscopy procedures, which involve a non-surgical visual examination of the digestive tract and other internal organs. These exams include upper endoscopy (EGD), colonoscopy and sigmoidoscopy. They are performed using a flexible tube, which transmits the image inside the intestinal tract to a television monitor using computer and fiberoptic technology.

The Outpatient Endoscopy Center features state-of-the-art equipment, four procedure rooms and nine pre-operative/recovery bays.
