Memorial Named One of the Best in the Nation for Customer Service

For the second
year in a row, Memorial was named one of the Hospital of Choice Award
recipients. More than 1,000 hospitals in the country apply for the award each
year and the top 100 are chosen as winners. Memorial’s application and site
visit scored so high that we were ranked number two out of the 100 award
winners. The competition, sponsored by the American Alliance of Healthcare
Providers, recognizes hospitals that are deemed America’s most customer-friendly
hospitals.
