If you are a manager who wants a unique way to show your appreciation to your hardworking administrative assistant, the Memorial Hospital Auxiliary has the event for you.  They are planning their annual Administrative Professionals Luncheon, which has become a “don’t miss” event in our community.

            The fourth annual Administrative Professionals Luncheon will be held on Wednesday, April 21 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Valencia Ballroom.  Nearly 200 people attended last year’s event. 

            All attendees will receive a delicious lunch, a gift bag filled with wonderful surprises and a chance to win door prizes valued at more than $200 each.  There will also be makeovers given to lucky attendees– these administrative professionals will make their debut at the luncheon.  Two of the makeover winners will be selected at random from all of the ticket sales received prior to March 31.  The makeovers are courtesy of Par Exsalonce and Macy’s. 

            A special addition to this year’s luncheon is York Revolution players who will be part of the makeover portion of the event.  Also, the program will include a special announcement from Susan G. Komen for the Cure. 

            “We had a great turnout last year and anticipate the same response again this year. 

Everyone really enjoyed themselves,” said Elizabeth Wolf, event chair.  “The event

gives businesses a unique way to reward and recognize their administrative staff and

helps the Auxiliary to raise funds for worthy projects, such as children’s health and nutrition.”

             Tickets are $35 each and tables of eight are $260.  The deadline for registration is April 12.  Tickets can be purchased by calling Memorial Hospital’s Community Relations and Development at 849-5492.
